Ralph Fabrizio
Ralph Fabrizio is the owner of The House of Extra Measures-Men, LLC, co-owner of The House of Extra Measures-Women, LLC and has successfully opened ten sober living homes. Ralph has been in recovery since 2004.
Sammy Baker
Sammy Baker is the co-owner of The House of Extra Measures-Women, LLC, founded by his late wife, Randy Jo Baker. Sammy has been in recovery since 1995 and retired as Maintenance Supervisor at The University of Houston in April 2017. Sammy enhances the spiritual aspect of our recovery homes as well as oversees all maintenance and improvements.

To provide safe, structured, emotionally and spiritually nourishing Recovery Residences for people in early recovery to gain solid foundations for a lifetime of peace and joy.
Our Philosophy
THOEM promotes and advances recovery and quality housing for recovering residents, and develops standards that further advance recovery.
